Hey guys, just picked up a 2002 Expedition, picked it up for 3300 OTD with 184k. Was pretty clean, and engine/trans felt strong.

Has new Windshield, Alternator, Battery, #3 Coil, and a few other minor things. Thought it was a decent deal. Pretty clean inside, but missing the 3rd row seat.

Had a few questions I cant find the answer to:

1) Seats, I totally dislike the captains seats with console, I would rather have the split bench, really would like the 40/20/40 outta the 05+ f150's but not sure if they would bolt in. any input on that?

2) Direction/MPG display on roof console, seems to be a blanking plate? but still has the button, common or ??

3) Mirrors, seeing that the 03+ exped mirrors fit, but want to be sure before I buy a set and they dont fit... (drivers side mirror is cracked, so i figured why not upgrade to the tow mirrors HA!)

4) Radiator/Electric Fans. I hate clutch fans, and since i plan on doing a bit of towing with this, and i have the 3.31's and live in CO, freeing up some HP is never a bad idea, Plus it gets me into looking a the belt/tensioner to make sure everything is good. Saw that the bigger f150 rad is a direct bolt in, which would help with coolant temps, since i may be pushing it a bit with the tall gears.

5) anything in need to be on the lookout for? Sway bar links looked good, no real noise in transfer case (low has small clunk, but assumed because straight cut gears) Plan on doing full fluid swap (front/rear diff, transfer case, trans, engine, coolant) and probably new Plugs.

#3 You may have a problem with the connector for the mirrors being different.
#4 Is the expy 2wd or 4wd and you have a 3.31 rear

What are you planning to tow with the expy?
Do you currently have a single or double row radiator?

Take your vin # and go to Ford etis and see if you have the heavy duty tow package

If Its just the wiring, and not a fitment issue, then that should be fixable (I think i saw pinout diagrams on here somewhere)

My bad, its a 4x4, with an open carrier 3.31
What are you planning to tow with the expy?
My mustang, 2012 GT with Twins, to and from events.

Not sure, would have to go out there and take a look, but its friggin cold and deep in snow at the moment.

So probably have the bigger radiatior, and heavier springs, but no oil cooler (not a huge deal)
