Just picked up a 2000 XLT with 84k on it. its gold with the black plastic trim and tan interior, all of it is like new, its had 3 owners but the first two had it about 6 months each and the last owner used it to haul kids goin camping, so the 5.4 and tow package were never put to good use. until now...

I picked up a black brush guard and tail light covers. going to install a cold air tonight and maybe slap on a new muffler in the next couple weeks. need to put a new stereo in it although its got a 8cd changer, not sure if thats stock or if it would work with a new deck. or if it works at all i havent tried it yet. maybe next spring ill put new tires on it. need to get some pics up.

I installed a new kenwood receiver with hd radio, cd, and I-pod input. I use the I pod more than the cd player anymore so I dont miss my cd changer. I just abandoned the stock cd changer as it was not compatible.

i added the brush guard, tail light covers, flowmaster exhaust, 4" intake, and a kenwood deck/cerwin vega 12, i think thats everything im gonna do to it. maybe some other performance upgrades if i can find something thats both reasonably cheap but effective at either making better power or enhances mpg's.
