Hi all. I recently picked up an 08 XLT EL that I'm pretty happy with so far. With the addition of our 3rd son, we definitely needed to upgrade to something a bit bigger and the Expedition seems to fit the bill.
We were originally looking at Excursions but we wanted something a little newer than 05, so we opted for the EL. Seems about perfect for what we need so far, although I'm not looking forward to fill-ups with the way gas prices are soaring.
Then again, if I was really worried too much about fuel economy, I wouldn't have bought one. It's just the nature of needing/having a bigger vehicle.
