I'm new to the board, now that I picked up an '06 Limited last weekend. Black on black and fully loaded. So far I am very pleased with it and I am learning to use all of the bells and whilstles. I do have a couple of questions for the more experienced owenrs here.

I have around 500 miles left on the factory warranty. Are there any known problems out there that I should make sure I get checked out before I roll over 36,000?

I notice a compressor noise when I start up (I attribute this to the air ride adjusting?). It seems a bit loud, should this be noticable from inside the truck? It stops relatively quickly and the truck rides great.

In the center console below the radio there is a power port/lighter. Mine doesn't have a cigarette lighter or cover on it. I don't need the lighter, but it seems there should be a cover or plug for this? What is stock for these vehicles?

Last one, I promise. The guy I bought it from upgraded the wheels to 20" factory alloys from an F-150. When I start the truck I get a tire pressure sensor fault in the info center. He said this is due to the change in wheels and hitting reset makes it go away. He had the swap done at a dealer (he works for Ford), but does anyone know how the sensors work? Is there a way to get the pressure monitor to work with different wheels?

Sorry to be the new guy asking all of the questions, but I want to take advantage of the warranty if I can. Thanks for any help, and I look forward to reading future posts.

For the cig. lighter, there should be a lighter there. You can always buy a cover from someplace, or just leave it like that, since the thing is hidden anyways.

I think it's normal for the compressor to kick on like that, but I'll let an air ride person respond.

Not sure about the TPS.

the tps r the valve one's and on some wheels they don't fit. so i hate to say it but you have to live with hitting the rest button or get wheels that fit the valve stem sensors
