New to me 07 Expy

Hey all, just picked up a 2007 Eddie Bauer Expedition last night. Traded in my 2019 Wrangler.. wasn’t a fan. Looking to get it back to great shape, looking at some older threads the pictures no longer load which makes it hard to know what they were referencing.

Any suggestions on what to fix/upgrade first? Things to look out for?

Any suggestions on what to fix/upgrade first? Things to look out for
Check for rust everywhere, especially roof rust.

Simple stuff:
Determine codes, if CHECK ENGINE light is on.
See how dirty the oil is. Change oil, oil filter, air filter, if needed.
Check coolant level. Flush if contaminated.
Brake pads. Replace if worn.
Get acquainted with the fuel shut-off switch (see owners manual).
Run 2 jugs of TECHRON (12oz each) through the fuel system.
Enjoy your new ride.

Thanks! Getting the oil changed right now, need to change the rotors and probably bleed the system/replace the brake fluid—brakes seem pretty squishy. Got a bottle of sea foam I was planning to dump into the fuel tonight as well.

Will definitely look into the fuel shut off when I get home. Thankfully the spark plugs already got changed, that wasn’t fun on the 05 F150

I would also replace the spark plugs as these seem to get overlooked by most owners..

I have an 07 EB 2wd, 170k miles. Run non-ethanol fuel through it quarterly or sooner. Cleans and helps your mpg, mine 15-16+
