Good news! I got the Over the Air (OTA) update for the trailer software bug a few days ago. It came after some other updates, so I suspect I needed those updates to enable the towing update.

UPDATE:
Recall 25S75 - Low Pressure Fuel Pump. Software update only completed 7/28. No parts needed.
Recall 26E04 - Powertrain Control Module. Software update only, completed on 7/28.
Center Console Center Trim Peeling. Checked and cleared on 7/28. It was interesting that I found this comment on the repair invoice "Daily Rental Vehicles Only".
