Hi all, swapped out my F150 platinum max tow this past weekend for a 17 EL XLT with the 202a package. My garage is now all Fords. I drive a 12 Focus SE 5spd Hatch and my daughter has a Sable LS premium. The expedition replaced an envoy XL SLT that served us well for 4 years and 33k miles but was getting long in the tooth (141k miles on the V8 but still running like a champ), and the wife wanted something newer with Bluetooth.
In addition to family hauling, the expy will be pulling my 6200 pound travel trailer through the Midwest all summer. I installed a husky centerline TS WDH yesterday and hope the ecoboost is up to the task, surprisingly it has 100 pounds more payload than my truck had but sags quite a bit until I load the weight distributing bars. Now I just need a 5* tune and all weather floor mats, plus tinting the front windows and adding the chrome trim to the doors like the limited has and it will be all set.
