NJ Smithlock for PATS Key

Does anybody know a smithlock that can cut and program a second PATS keys for my Exp 03 around Morristown NJ (Bedises Stealer?) I bought it with only one key and I need another one...

If so, how much does it cost?

Found one just in case you need one

I found a Smithlock nearby Morristown that cut my key and programmed it for 65 dollars or so. It only takes about 15 mins.
