2002 EB expedition with Mach system. The sub is inop. I was able to check fues 12. Good. I went to the cup holder in the rear r/s pannel and was able to disconnect the connector to the amp. I have power, ground and 4 volts on a signal wire I am guessing. Sounds like it is the sub box/amp problem?

My fuse was not blown but I had the same problem. I tore that back panel apart and the speaker cone was intact, so I volt-tested the amp, which revealed I had roasted the amp (thanks to bass turned all the way up on some crazy metal songs). I ordered an OEM amp from my guy at the local Ford dealership. Set me back about $95 and took a couple days to get in, but that fixed it.
