Ok guys need some help. 2004 expo xlt. Has front and rear climate controls. I got no heat up front have little heat in back but should be hotter. So both my heater core hoses are hot which makes me believe the valve is good and the heater core is not clogged. Checked blend door actuator No clicking but I haven’t taken it out yet to verify. Just wondering if with these symptoms could the heater core itself be bad. But not leaking anywhere. Anything else I should be looking for. Anybody ever have this problem.

Check to be sure the carpet up front isn't binding the blend doors. We had a member awhile back that had such a problem. Usually when a heater core is clogged, you get a cold hose on one side. Also crawl up under the dash, and monkey with the heater door linkage. 9 times out of ten, that's where the problem lies.
