Noise opening drivers side door

Can someone explain the fairly loud vibrating noiseil I hear when simply opening the door with the engine off? Google tells me it could be the fuel pump.

Is this harmful? Even if it isn't can the dealer fix it? This is on a brand new 2019. I noticed this on day one

Google is correct. It’s precharging the fuel pump to shave an extra half second off the time it takes between you hitting the start button and the engine firing up.

I can’t imagine why it would be harmful, but I believe you can turn it off with Forscan.

I think that is by design. I have a 2019 Expy XLT non-Max and it does it. I also drove a 2019 Limited MAX for a week and it does it as well.
