I have two hoses running out of the top of my oil filter. One is leaking oil, the left one. I've gone everywhere to buy this hose to replace it & they all say I need to buy it from the dealership.
Everyone I show these hoses are completely baffled by them & don't understand the development of em.
Can I just buy same size hosing & fix it myself, or should I do the costly option of having it done by the dealership? Can the dealership just sell me this special hose from the parts department. I guess I'll find out tomorrow when I give em a call.
Also the dipstick I can never read any oil on it but my gauges are always in the safe zone.
Any input on my oil leak situation would be greatly appreciated.
