Greetings everyone,
I am searching for the part number for the oil filter adapter for a 2000 XLT 4WD 5.4L without oil cooler.

Thanks.

These damned 4.6s and 5.4s are notorious for leaking at the adapter. I've had at least 3 cars in the shop for that problem.

My 2001 4.6 adapter was leaking, and it was probably one of the toughest jobs to do, replacing the gasket. Mine in particular has practically no space to directly work around in. Especially with the lower radiator hose and clamp I had to deal with disconnecting and reconnecting. Swivels and extensions were definitely my friend.
