Eric these 5.4 three valve engines have timing chains they do not have timing belts. I know it's a lot but definitely spend an hour or two on YouTube looking up oil pump replacement and low oil pressure on the 5.4 3v engine. You will find everything you need on youtube. So many great videos out there. As mentioned earlier it seriously could be low oil level or a incorrect oil filter. Assuming based on your question you do not change your own oil. Can you let us know what part number is on the oil filter? That way we can best help troubleshoot

i do change my own oil but not the last time i will keep you updated tho

i found it im changing the oil first to see if it makes a difference
