1999 Expedition E.B. rear air bags won't air down. They seem to be at max inflation. How can I fix this? The front works fine, up and down just like she should but my ass is sticking up in the air like a 6" lift!

If you do the conversion back to coil spring set up, make sure to get a set of non-air ride coils applicable for your truck. The air ride coils are weaker than the non-air ride coils since there is an assumption that the air bags are going to take some of the load. Same goes for the front end. If you are getting rid of the air shocks up there, you need to swap out the torsion bars for non-air ride torsion bars. You have 2 options there, just a question of whether you want a standard ride (Expy torsion bars) or a stiffer suspension (7700 torsion bars).

unless you do like me and get coilovers for the front and keep the standard Tbars, also I didnt like the coils that came with my conversion kit so i went to the junkyard and got coils off of a e350 van from the front, they fit perfectly and i can load up the truck and haul the boat and it wont make the rear end lower even a little... though once i get some money together im probably going to get some stock 4x4 coils for the rear
