Have order for Platinum Max (not Ultimate, just Stealth). Ordered October, entered production end of February, hasn't updated since March 2nd. Dealer says its built and has a quality assurance hold that may be affecting more orders? Curious if anyone else is seeing that.

Exactly same dates for our Ultimate. Rumor has that they were pulled for hail damage after being built…. No updates on the site since March 02 is unacceptable.

Our Platinum Ultimate was in production March 3 and has been "moved offsite" and still listed as in production even though we have the window sticker now. No updates in 6 weeks is disappointing at best with no idea when or if it will ever be completed and delivered. Ford needs to do better with their communication. Totally unacceptable to leave good customers in the dark.

I placed my order on 2-27. It was confirmed that same day. Scheduled to be built the week of May 12th. This info was just found out this morning after calling my salesman. I have had no contact since walking out of the showroom after placing my order. He was getting updates so he assumed that I was also. The emails from Ford since my order was placed have not found their way into my in-box or any other mailbox/folder. Maybe a typo somewhere I don't know but my salesman gave me this update as well as the link and order/VIN numbers so I can check progress myself. There is a YouTube channel that is from Long McArthur Ford in Salina. KS. I think it is a podcast posted to YT. He talks about the wheel issue in one of those videos.
What is the guesstimate for time between built and shipped? Thanks. CJ Dave

I wonder if yours was caught in the wheel shortage that may be over. My Platinum Ultimate was ordered 2-27 but 3 weeks later when it was added to the production schedule for week of May12 build. Maybe the Ultimate wheels are back in stock in Louisville. CJ Dave.

My platinum ultimate is scheduled for june 9th. Ordered 10/28. Looks like wheels are showing up now. My salesman also said salt gray interior was also in short supply

I gave up waiting for them to sort out the delays. I was able to pick up the exact configuration I had on order from a local dealer for the same price. Really wild that random dealer stock would arrive so much earlier than customer orders from 6 months ago.

Dealer said it was moved offsite and is waiting for a chip of some sort. Will not ship until 3rd week of June supposedly. Something strange is afoot.
