Anyone ever had issues with their outside temp reading? Today I was driving and when I got to the house it read 53 when it was 85 outside. At highway speed it seems pretty close. I previously had this in the shop and the dealer said they did some kind of "cold reset" which by the way the said fixed it and tried to charge me $50. Ha!

Replace the ambient air temperature sensor (behind the grill / under the plastic radiator close-out panel). It simply unplugs. Ensure the socket is not corroded. If so, Ford sells a pig tail connector so that you can replace the connector too. The sensor and connector plug are subject to moisture corrosion because of where they are mounted. Use a small amount of diecletric grease inside the connector before you plug in the new sensor.
