Overhead console glasses door

Hello

my new issue is the overhead console glasses door. It falls out if I push it back just a little too far, when I’m trying to retrieve my sunglasses. I’ve reinstalled it a couple of times but the last time I took a closer look. It seems to be missing a part the inserts into the mounting peg on the drivers side. I don’t really know for sure since I haven’t taken it apart to look at it before. It just seems like something is missing. Any help would be appreciated.
Also I’m still asking for help with some of my Electronic options being wonky. I’m hoping there is a way to reset them.

Mine has never fallen out, so there must be something broken off or fallen out/of it there somewhere.

I wonder how hard those are to find (in case I ever need one?)
