P0394 2013 Expedition 5.4

105000 mi, scan indicated Sensor B Circuit Intermittent Bank 2, replaced sensor, erased codes, light back next day, thinking possibly bad out of the box, bought 2 more, different source same result, have done some digging, indications are possibly ECM, trying to be sure before taking that step, both Sensor connectors are 2 pin, KOEO checking with meter between ground, 2.49V each pin both side, Can any one tell me if that is right, or what I should read, on which wire, any help welcomed....
