As you all can see in my pic, I dont have the front bumper trim. I do now have the piece. I was told at purchase(online) it would come ready for paint.

Dummy me believed what I was told. Now after I painted and cleared it, the paint is not sticking. What is the best method to paint plastic without it peeling right off?

Sorry no pics, I was to $@!#$@#! off to take any.....lol

Any advice would be great!!

Like was mentioned, the use of adhesion promoter is required. Plastics are not porous like metal is. So, you need something that can stick to the plastic before applying the color layer. The adhesion promoter will take the place of the primer. Granted, putting down a layer of primer may be advisable since that will keep the layers of different colors the same to minimize the amount of color variation that you will have.
