pcm problems

Okay I had my pcm removed for the night went back the next morning plugged it up truck wont start turns over like it wants to...I don't think its the p.a.t.s system because theft light stays on for 3 seconds then goes out....any ideas I don't think it cleared data because my odometer shows up..frustrated with this!

Do you have fuel? spark? ck the fuses and relays and the wires around the battery.
