Pedal Adjustment Switch

Hey! I have a '99 EB Expedition, and I have a broken interior panel with a pedal adjustment switch. Me and one of my friends have looked at 7 junked (sadly) Expies and literally cannot find a dash panel with the switch hookup. Do any of y'all know if that's something that's in all the '99 EBs or if that's like an extra feature? Thanks so much!

My 1999 EB has the pedal adjustment switch. The Owner's Manual indicates that it's not universal but I don't know if it's one of the differences between the EB and XLT.

A couple were EB's but still didn't have them. It could've been an extra option in some EBs, but not in all.
