So I had my phasers, timing chains, tensioner, guides, vct solenoids, oil pump with melling high flow. I still have the same noise under acceleration, any ideas before I put a lockout kit and tune on it?

Check to see if it is a leaking Exhaust Manifold that is causing the noise. The 5.4 3V's are known for the Exhaust Manifold studs to rust and break, leading to leaks.

Noise, especially a rattling type noise, under acceleration could be caused by pre-igition. Try running 91 or higher octane for a tank or so. If it stops, there's the problem. Pre-ignition can be caused by timing issues and or carbon build up.

Try 2 things for quiet operation:

1) Rotella T6 Full Synthetic 5W40 (yes, the diesel one)
2) E85 fuel

Did you use OEM Ford VCT solenoids? The aftermarket ones are famously bad out do the box and will struggle to run the phasers. Exhaust manifold was another good suggestion.

Sounds like the timing is off and if they did not use oem parts it is going to fail immediately.
