PI swap question

Im looking to have a new engine put in my 97 expy and i want to go with the PI 99-02 motor but i need to know what the differences are i already know the intake manifold is different but is there anything else i need to change out with the swap

The intake manifold, the heads, and exhaust manifolds. I know that for sure, but Im pretty sure there are some little things that will need swapped or replaced. Are you wanting to swap the whole motor and use parts off your old one or just do the PI head swap to your non-PI motor? Guess I should asked that first.

you will need some way to rpogram the pcm for the new engine. unless you get the harness for the new engine, the newer engines have a different pcm pin usage and you can not just put the newer pcm with the old harness.

im looking to use a complete rebuilt PI engine and re use what i can but anyhting that is different i can swap over I have a SCT SF3 tuner so i should be able to get the pcm retuned for the PI motor and keep my stock harnes and PCM
