128K w/ minor and common issues only:

Trailing arms replaced, heater core replaced, rear axle seals replaced. Air ride relay replaced. Ball joints & control arms replaced.

New COPs (Global) installed at 100k w/plug change.

All done within the last few years.

Was looking at the underside the other day. Rust is everywhere and the radiator mount looks esp bad. In this part of the country time is an incredible enemy to these trucks.

Well she just passed 200K and I had the rear differential oil changed with last LOF and TR, because highway speeds seems to ride sluggish. But it seems to vibrate now after they did the work, thinking someone forgot to balance the tires with the rotation.

98 exp 4x4 5.4l xlt. 275,000 miles and engine and tranny ok. Just minor front end seal leak that developed after it went off warranty. Leaks about a quart per oil change so I haven't tried to fix. Replaced the front ball joints at 200k and radiator last winter at 270k. Also replaced the alternator and the a/c compressor last year that leaked at 260k. Just ordered a new set of shocks although may not be needed.
