popping sound coming from front suspension

when i turn the wheel either left or right,there is a popping sound coming from the front end.it happens mostly when i turn the wheel while sitting still or while parking.any ideas what it could be,all of my bushings look good.

i was going to say check your ball bearings and joints but i'm not sure.

first dry steering ( steering while not moving) is very hard on the steering system... check your steering gear box... steering shaft u-joint... and all steering linkage... does it happen with brakes applied only?

while sitting still yes and my 22's arent making things better neither.alot got to contribute to the city i live in ny.death to all cars lol

with that also check the caliper bolts and caliper mounting bracket bolts

I have the same problem in my '00. It seems to happen only when the wheels are completely turned in either direction. And mine has stock everything

Check your sway bar links. One of mine did the same thing for a while then suddenly stopped. I was pretty happy about that til I went to grease the front end components and the passenger side link was gone... :barf:
