Hello Everyone: Just thought I would post this I have a 2000 exp 5.4 just recently started stalling on cold start ( BUT ) if you pump accel. will run as normal. This is what I found I installed a new Idel air control valve, cleaned the porting, put new seal and special gasket in. Starts great now I have a 137,600 miles befor this happened. We love this truck pulls our 32ft trl with 2 slides easily I have replaced air bags after 10yrs replaced plugs at 100,000 miles new brks 100,000 mls all radiator hoses 85,000 mls new water pump didn't need it mainly trvling to canada, upper and lower ball joints 130,000 mls Thats it only 1 set of tires. This truck looks show room and maintenance oil/filter, lube, tire rotation 3/4000 mls, wax 4 times yr in Fl they recommed 10 times a yr.
