When you hit the lock unlock buttons the back driver side door lock motor makes a wierd higher pitch noise but dont move the lock up and down some times it works but usual never what should i do

Probably a stripped gear in the locking motor. Pull the door panel and hit the unlock and see what happens. Or just look at the assembly.
