It does help to know what year expy you are having a problem with

Reason being fuses in a 1st, 2nd or 3rd gen expedition are different

Also helps to know what fuses were good and what fuses you changed.

If the fuses were good then why change them??

I apologize. It's a 2009 Limited 2wd.
I checked all the power fuses. They all looked good. But since I didn't have a meter to test the continuity incas3 the break was non-visable, I replaced them all with new ones. I'm traveling for work so I have no tools with me.

First you need to check to see if you have voltage into and out of the fuse
You can do that without pulling the fuse Look at the fuse while it is installer On top of the fuse you will see two small metal points They are the test points for the fuse Both test points should have 12 volts

Have you done any work to the expy lately such as disconnecting connectors

If you can get a small test light Take and hook one side to a good ground and then carefully place the probe into the center contact of the power port The test light should light.

Cell phone chargers (all that have a light that comes in as soon as it's plugged in) tried several different ones into all the outlets. Also tried a dc/ac inverter that I know works.

on some adaptor plugs the tip unscrews, and there is a fuse behind the tip See if any of those adaptors are like that.

I did check the cell chargers. All work as they should with lights coming on. Tried them on other cars.

Yes I understand wiring diagrams.

I appreciate all the help

If you get a chance to test the fuses test them as I suggested

If you get no voltage then pull the fuse and test the contact points for voltage

No. AC quit first, yet still creates condensation so I assume the compressor is working correctly.
