I was working on my 2002 Expy today and it was starting fine. Than suddenly there was now power to the lights or dash. When I turn the key nothing happens. The battery shows 12.7v. I can jump across the relay and the truck will start, but the starter does not disengage. Any ideas what the issue could be.
