Pro Trailer Assist "unavailable"

I successfully set up the hitch assist (after a few tries).
I successfully used the Pro Trailer Backup Assist (pretty awesome when it works)
Now I am getting an error message about the system being "unavailable".

Any idea why and what the fix might be?
