Needs more info. Brand, slim or normal ballast, bulb size, single or bixenon, hooked up to relay or OEM, etc... Also, what year Expy do you have?

I've ran 9006 4300k VVMEs with no problem. Just don't forget the relay.

what relay? I thought you didn't need one? I've been running mine like that for almost 6 months.

You technically don't need one but my friend figured it'd be best if I did. Actually, I used to not run one when I first had the Retro Solutions kit, but then only one would turn on a lot of the times. So, I put a relay in. That helped a little, though it still did it. I threw in my VVME ballasts from my fogs, and problem solved. Turn on every time :) I did try the VVMEs without the relay, just to see if they would turn on, and they did. But, as I said, my friend said it'd be better if I had the relay in there.

I was on the f150 forum and found out a little more about the relays, i will run without them and if firing them up seems to be a problem ill up the fuse from 10-15 amps and put in the relay
