New Ford owner here.. I have a 2018 Expedition limited and it has the carplay touch screen radio. Yesterday when driving the sound were off and I can not get it to come back. I've pulled the battery cable and let sit, ive done the hold the vol button and seek button together to reset and nothing.. The Nav works but no sound. even the steering wheel controls do nothing. I have turned blue tooth off and pulled the audio cord from the USB slot.. ANY help would be greatly greatly appreciated.
