I had a 07 Lincoln Navigator lose power to the radio fuse 28 after battery change. DTC was set saying loss of communication to rear radio control module. I took #28 fuse out. Then took #34 fuse out, which is a spare fuse on this model. I took a jumper wire and jumped power from fuse #34 to fuse #28. I heard some clicking (relays tripping) and the radio powered on even with #28 fuse out. I reinstalled fuses and it was fine. This has happened twice on the same vehicle after battery disconnects. Resets something I suppose.
