The only antenna that you have to add is the one for GPS. Get either a Ford one or an aftermarket. The Ford one clips to a reinforcement bracket above the radio. The aftermarket ones sit atop the radio. I zip-tied it somewhere up there. Some have a magnetic base. The dash is plastic and the antenna sees the satellites through the windshield.
The FM radio antenna on the rear glass will plug in as will the Satellite radio one from the roof. That one visits the bottom of the console first where the Sirius receiver is located.
Most of the 07 touch screen radios are programmed for a factory subwoofer, so unless you have the programming changed, or add the woofer and woofer harness the bass from the door speakers may sound a little flat. But it will work fine. By this age, many of the CD drives will be shot in used ones.
I found mine on ebay. The 07's didn't have chrome on the knobs, the 08's did. Make sure it came from an Expedition. The harness pins are programmable and don't always match other car models. You can also check local junk yards on car-part.com
