just got an 03 expe eb for a trade in on a honda accord. great rig so far few little things had to get fixed, new ball joint rear end olutch pack seals and gears ut has 180K on it. well kept it seem besides that. im getting a rattle sound from the lower front windsheld area on the highway.. i thought it may be the hood so i ajusted the risers on it to make it tighter, still making the noise?? there was a loose nut on the engine cover put new ones on it and tightened them down good not that either.. i was giving her a good cleaning ther other day an found a piece of what looked like windsheld glass down in the carpet under the floor mat, so thinkin at some point it had a new one put in.. now with all that said, the plastic peice between the hood and windsheld under the wiper arms on one side feels a little loose, i see no way to wrench it down.. could this be the culprit.. it viberates at high speeds only over 65 and up from what i can hear. is there a rubber seal or somthing thats supposed to be in there or a way i can tighten it down im not seeing?? its annoying when i have the windows up cant really hear it with them down but i know its comeing from that area.

Id really have to show you a picture but im almost certain i know what it it.
You know the plastic trim that runs under you wipers across the top of the hood?

Thats was making the noise mine was loose and causing a noise at high speed.

Sorry im not sure what its called but im almost certain this is your problem.
Maybe when wifey brings my truck back from the store i can show u a pic if you dont get what im sayin

Let us know if you stop it.

Yup, called the windshield cowl. Most likely have a couple of the plastic clips that hold it in place busted. Very inexpensive, but you will need to hit up the dealer to get them. Broke nearly everyone of mine taking it off to fix the wiper fluid lines.

Same issue here. The driver side end of that cowl vibrates at highway speed. I can even see it banging. I'm too lazy to fix it though. It doesn't bother me that much.

Yep, same issue on my 2006. Went to dealer and got the "pin clips" to hold the plastic cowl down and that fixes it. If you can lift up the cowl (by hand) carefully and look in there, you can see the broken clips. Most likely they are still in the body and broken from the cowl.
