Mine arrived in two boxes. The engine skid plate box is 42.8 lbs and the box with the tranny and t-case plates is 55.4 lbs.

They shipped quick.

Had these installed on my 2019 Limited at a 4x4 place in Lakewood CO (RSG Offroad)..they removed the front air dam (thank goodness that ugly piece of plastic crap is gone!) and it basically bolted on EXCEPT for the connection between the front skid plate and the transfer case plate. There are no corresponding holes in the frame as there are on the F150 but they were able to drill a couple new holes in one of the plates and bolt them together. Looks great and no rattles or other problems. No issues with oil changes either. I bought the complete set except for the fuel tank protection. And yes - you will be really happy with this.

I think they sent me the wrong piece that goes under the steering rack. The one in your picture and on their website has a bend in it across the cutout. The one I got is flat and makes contact with the steering rack.

I’m checking with RCI to see if they sent the wrong part or if I ordered the wrong thing.

Everything looks like it’s lining up well. I drilled a hole in the front bracket to mount it in that position since it looks like it lined up the best.

Spoke to Tim at RCI. He thinks that the newer version may fit better. The second piece has the bend which should clear the steering unit.

He said the main difference is the bend and pre drilled hole locations.

They are going to exchange that piece.

yup, bend is critical. Interesting, I see some new slots in yours mine doesn't have. Nice to see them continuously improving these. I love them, get so many compliments at the dealer for their strength and design.
