I currently have 5100's in my 2018 and its not high enough. Has any used the ready lift 3/2 on the 5100's with the ring in the stock setting?

The 5100's if I am correct provide the same lift as the Ready Lift 3/2? The issue is not the front, but the rear. That is where you will run in to an issue. Take a look back there. The front could also be an issue, if you don't replace the UCA because of alignment angle.
