Rear AC blend and mode failure

Having trouble with rear controls. ForScan reports the following.

HVAC - Heating Ventilation Air Conditio...

B2916-60 Rear Blend Door Circuit Failure

B2917-60 Rear Mode Door Circuit Failure


It doesn't change temp or location with front or back controls. No clicking. Fan control works from both front and back control. Where do I start?

No ideas? Guessing it has to be power issue since it is both at the same time, but don't see any fuses out. Not sure where to start tracing this.
