Rear seat radio

I bought my 2018 pre owned. Can't seem to get the rear radio controls to function at all. The screen Is blank and none of the buttons work ( volume / seek ) No matter how much I Google. Nothing comes up. Any advice ?

I think there are threads on here about disabling the rear seat audio controls. I think the only way to accomplish this is by disconnecting a plug at the rear seat audio controls. The previous owner may have unplugged it.
