Is the rear camera washer working? If not, that could at least tell you the issue is between the reservoir and the rear of the vehicle. If the camera washer is working, that narrows down your search a bit as the fluid is at least making it back there.

Figured it out. Top center of tailgate inside there is a black conduit type hose that has broken. It's not rubber, bad design for flexibility. I just used a small section of rubber hose to connect the 2 pieces together. All fixed!
