I've a 2009 Expedition and replaced the wiper blade. Motor looks new. I don't see any issues except the wiper when turned on seems to go about 55-60 degrees. This is tiny and is almost a V as opposed to a semi-circle or 90 degrees. Has anyone experienced a shorter wiping distance and has a fix? Or is this common for the generation?

Sounds like the transmission is binding. If you open the glass, can you grab the wiper arm and move it manually? My guess is you're going to find it takes some force to move. If that's the case, you can disassemble the transmission and lubricate it or you may have to replace it entirely.
