rear wiper too tight

The rear wiper literally stopped at the 12:00 position. I left the window open to see if the motor was working and it is, so i tried to push the wiper back and it's tighter than you know what... I didn't see any adjustment or anything looks like it's a sealed thing. Any ideas on fixing, or does it need replaced?

I had the same problem with mine except mine wouldnt move at all! You need to take it off the truck and take it apart and clean and grease where the wiper stud goes thru.

Thanks, it's suppose to be nice this weekend so i'll give it a try then. Did you take it off with the nuts on the backside (inside the truck) or just the single nut that holds wiper arm on..sorry to the dumb question, i haven't really given it a good look other than late night in the cold/snow.
