I have followed the steps found here.
Front wipers and pump function normally.
Plus, I tested the old motor after pulling it from the car and it runs with external power.
I have installed a new motor but, alas, no joy.
Fuse #38 and #1 are OK. tested them visually and ohm meter.
Only a couple of pins at the plug to the motor seem to be getting power with volt meter.
Could I have a switch on the column problem?
Don't know what to try next
Any help appreciated.

I just replaced my 3rd brake light and spent 5 minutes trying to figure out why the front wipers would work but the back wouldn’t. It ended up being that I had the rear glass window popped/unlocked/open however you want to call it. I closed the glass and it started working again. Maybe there is a switch connected to the window latch? Might be worth looking at.
