Are they available after market? Mine is messed up beyond recovering. I think a previous owner either hauled items that were to tall and just shoved them in or had kids that kicked the crap out of the liner. The area where the vents are mounted is broken up and doesn't maintain its shape. A couple vents are missing but the liner is to destroyed to hold new vents in..

Junkyard to FIND the headliner. The easiest (and cheapest) way is to find a good solid piece, and re-felt it yourself. The stuff just needs to be glued on (I like 3m Super 77, available at Office Depot) and take your time.

The headliner removes as one piece from the tailgate, after removing lots holding it. You can repair your headliner if you dont have massive holes and bumps. You peel off the old felt, tape up, and stretch the new material over it. you can repair dents and small holes with cardboard and duct tape, you will not see it, its behind the new felt.

Imagine a cardboard box that has been run over by 50 trucks on the freeway. That is the condition of my headliner under the felt.

what he said.

Remember though, small stuff is easy to fix, so you dont have to find a perfect one, just one you can make perfect enough
