The RH foot well ambient light isn't working on my 2017 Expedition. Is this a burnt out bulb or bad harness? How do I fix or repair? The LH side and cup holder are just fine.

Most likely a bulb if everything else is working. Take the bulb out and using a multimeter check the bulb for continuity, then check the socket for voltage. If you don't have a multimeter then just replace the bulb since it is only about $3.

It's working now! Played with it last night, banged around the area with my hand and it came on. Hope it stays.

Most likely the bulb is loose in the socket. You should take the bulb out and reseat it.
