Hi all,
is there any way to route a front camera for my 2012 ford expedition??
I already have an in dash navigation system that supports front camera, just no one where I live know how to route it.
Appreciate your help

Look for wires that are already going through the firewall, run the hot lead and video feed through there and ground the black wire on the frame under the hood.should be simple hookup once that's done. Course you have to mount the camera .........

Hi Stamp, I will be mounting it on the grille, just down the upper bar of the grille, now I need someone to show me from where to rout it until reaching the Navigation system?

OK Watts, You are right my friend.

i dont understand...i was asking a legit question and stated no one has done it before so youre the first...dont know how that could be misread with attitude......and stated that it will be where u feel it is best served for you...do u want it high mounted...low mounted...so me saying best for you deserves your comment?

so i guess you will have to let us know where you are contemplating of mounting it...be it high or low for further suggestions of best locations

Hi Watts, I meant for the front grille, my navigation system supports front viewing camera so I wanted to take chance, but I sold my system already. I didn't know where is the firewall that I had to route the camera starting from the front grille in order to reach the navigation system and plug it in.

Never mind I no longer possess the system.
