So I replaced a turn signal bulb in one of the mirrors and it seemed like the lens was much tighter before I did. I had to pry the lens off after taking out the torx head, did I miss something? It seems like they will fill with water if I leave them like this.

there's a clip that snaps in...u should be able to see it between the mirror and the housing...that is why u had to pry it off...so make sure the clip is pressed all the way in...when removing in the future just use a long flathead and press down...

ALSO...make sure the bulb socket is in good/correctly...

Yeah, either you deformed the clip when you removed the lens or its missing completely. If you just pryed the lens off without compressing the spring clip it probably got bent out of shape. You might be able to bend it back into shape, you'll just have to look at it and see. Here's a close up of what it should look like when it's secured in place. Generally you have to reach in behind the mirror glass and compress the spring clip with a long screwdriver while pulling down on the lens to remove it without damaging the spring clip. If you just pry down on the lens the clip gets bent.
