The video captures the sound quite well. I would like to know if the sound increases with RPM, but can't quite tell due to loud exhaust. It's not AC clutch, it's not alternator, it's not the idler pulley... I almost can't locate it. It sounds like it comes from the top of the passenger-side timing cover, but it also sounds like it's coming from the bottom of the timing cover, and it also sounds like it's coming from the transmission. I'm completely stumped. It's the whirring/scraping combo'd with the groaning.

I haven't listened to the sound but check the PCV valve and hose connection on the passenger side valve cover

Will do, but I do recommend listening to the sound, because it doesn't sound like that sort of problem

That was my guess. Guessing I should order a whole new timing set. This project shouldn't be too hard should it? I should order a service manual.

What is this timing cover repair sleeve I'm reading about?

I diagnosed better today. Took the belt off, noise disappeared, put belt on, noise is back, took it off, disappeared again. Used the stethoscope and I'm thinking it's the idler pulley bearing and the vibrations induced into the belt. Might also be the water pump.
