I have a 2011 XLT I'm wanting to tune. Does anyone have the above tuner? What were results? Worth $500?

@Nakita23 not wirth it on anything that isn’t an ecoboost. You won’t see much and with how old your truck is I’d be worried about something breaking. Sorry. Even with a custom tune you won’t be really that surprised

It helps. custom tunes from 5star is what I'm running. Biggest thing you'll notice is the improved throttle response. I basically got mine for that reason and to be able to correct the speedometer for different size tires etc.

It doesn't add much to performance tho; 16plati is right about that.

Gotcha. Thanks for the quick responses. We have a '10 Armada that I'll prob just tune with Uprev then. That thing already takes off way harder than my Expy. A lot better low end grunt

@sjwelds
I found a blacked out one I liked, that’s the only color they look good in. Yes it was hard for me and still plenty of stuff I hate about it. But I have 3 kids now and the 1st gen ecoboosts are just a thing of the past. Plus I can run e50 in this one
